My alternator bit the dust while I was on vacation. This shop happened to be just 2 miles down the road from where I broke down...I'm so glad I chose this place. The service was impeccable. The owner explained everything that needed to be done. I had the utmost confidence that I wasn't being overcharged, as he seemed to be a very knowledgeable, straightforward, honest person from what I gathered by our conversation. They were very accommodating in taking me to my hotel and picking me up...it was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend carsllc. 🙂

I had an awful smell in my car. Turns out I had mice under the hood! One dead and a couple living! John & co. removed them, and proceeded to clean out the system so the smell was gone permanently. This involved several treatments of sanitizer and multiple airing-out occasions. I am happy to report that my car smells wonderful now! As usual, John and his crew get the job done and are pleasant to work with.
