First off, I would like to say that John and Debbie were extremely accommodating. I was able to get an immediate appointment, and the work was done that day so I didn't have to worry about finding an alternate means of transportation. I knew there were other issues with my car unrelated to the problem I brought it in for, and John clearly explained them to me without being pushy about getting these repairs done. I ended up having all problems taken care of, and I didn't have to spend the day waiting at the garage. Debbie gave me a ride home and picked me up as soon as my car was ready. This is A+ service I have never experienced at any other auto repair shop. On top of all of this, they also offer a 10% discount for all veterans, which was a nice surprise. I will continue to use CARS for any future vehicle issues I have, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient repair shop.

These folks are always friendly, helpful and good at what they do. I’ve taken a couple different vehicles to them and I’ve always felt like I can trust them. Only reason I only give four stars is that it’s my own personal thing about ratings and everyone can always strive for better!

It never fails!! John always diagnoses and repairs my clunker correctly! Never a reason for a call-back. This is a major stress reliever. John has a customer for life right here!

The staff is very courteous and professional. All work that is performed is guaranteed. Prices are competitive. Everything is explained in as much detail you request. I used CARS for years and I am very satisfied.

My wife and I recently moved to Cromwell and brought with us significant deferred maintenance on two vehicles that had stood idle for seven months while we were outside the country. CARS did in-depth diagnosis, repair, and prevention on both vehicles. I am impressed with John's careful explanation of service rendered both before and after the job is done. As far as I can tell at this point, the quality of the work has been high. There are cheaper places to take your vehicle, but I believe you'd be hard-pressed to find better 'complete automotive repair', which is the name and the method at CARS. We expect to make CARS our go-to source for automotive maintenance and repair.
