Have been customer for several years maintaining two cars for normal maintenance plus fixing starting issues occasionly on older vehicle. The work has been done timely along with suggestions for future preventive service. Hard to find this type of competent service these days. Highly recommended for service.

This was my first visit to CARS. Recently, I had moved to this area from New London County and was still driving to Norwich to have work done on my car. But I had developed an intermittent oil drip of some sort and wanted someone to look at as soon as was possible. I called this business (had excellent reviews) and spoke with the kindest woman on the other end, Debbie, who took my information and passed it onto John, the owner, who called me within an hour. He asked me for details, assessed the probabilities, and assured me that it didnt sound too serious (and it wasnt). He made an appointment for me 1st thing Monday morning, diagnosed the issue and had me back within a couple of days to fix it. He was very thorough, explaining everything and then broke down cost involved (VERY fair.) I was confident I was getting superb care and will be doing all my future car business with CARS!
