Cromwell Auto Repair

Took my car in to find out if repairs were required at the current time. Fortunately, I was informed no repairs were necessary, but to bring the car back in the fall to check it’s systems. Photos were taken to help me know and understand what was being inspected. Appreciate John’s efforts on my behalf!

I had my car towed to Complete Automotive Repair after two warning lights and a very rough engine experience. I was close enough to home to get back there and called AAA. After requesting a tow truck I asked for AAA service station recommendations. Of the two I had them tow it Complete Auto repair. John diagnosed the problem and repaired it with some difficulty. I know this was not going to be easy because I had heard from a mechanic after a repair of the front section of valves that the rear were hard to get to and the former repair was the “Easy way out!” John didn’t cut corners, he didn’t buy on line parts. He did what he will stand behind. He isn’t cheap but if you care enough for your car to want it fixed right I highly recommend this business.

Work started and ended and done within the estimates quoted. John was accessible and helped me understand the issue and needed repairs. Air con now working better than ever especially on these brutally hot and humid days. I had a great experience with CARS!
