Cromwell Auto Repair

I have been going there for a couple of years after a recommendation from a family member. I find them fair and honest and very competent. They always call to tell you what the problem is, what they need to do to fix it and how much it will cost. I would highly recommend them.

My recent experience was amazing. My family has been going there as well as my wife's family. The staff was so helpful and I had major repairs to my SUV. They were honest, worked, fast, and got me right back on the road. I will be going back and would recommend them to anyone

Great place to get work done. Very knowledgeable and small shop so it's more personable. They explain things to you so you can make an informed decision when it comes to your vehicle. I will never go anywhere else.

John and his staff are awesome. They were very professional, accomodating and understanding of our time constraints. Some details...we were traveling on 91N highway to get to a commitment in Massachusetts, so we were under time constraints. Surprisingly, our sunroof detached from the roof and flew off onto the highway. Luckily no one was injured. I pulled over onto the shoulder and consulted Google for the nearest repair store..."Complete Automotive Repair Specialists LLC" came up and had good reviews so I called, explained the situation, the time constraints and he was very nice, pleasant and accomodating. His shop was only 10min away, and fortunately there was no rain at that time. The shop waiting room was clean as well as the bathroom...which is a plus! John came up with a waterproof longterm solution that would get me out in an hour to meet my commitment and get me home 300 miles away.....and his bill was only $100 and change, very reasonable under the circumstances. I was impressed with his honesty and competency. During the diagnosis he explained the function of the inner parts of the slide sunroof.....I recommend John Natale and his staff for all of your auto needs. If I lived in the area, it would be where I would go. Thanks John

Brought my car here a couple times and was very happy with the service. I was shown pictures of work that was done which I really appreciated.

On my way from Boston to Philly, felt a rough sputtering grinding, came in to these folks and they were very kind, caring, and helpful. No BS, diagnosed and fixed a fairly simple spark plug coil issue, got me back on the road. Price seemed fair for parts and labor, took care of what needed taking care of(including a needed new headlight and windshield wiper!) and nothing else This would be my mechanic if I lived in the area, very hospitable and seemingly honest folks, cared about my journey, called the next day to check in, etc.

John and his staff are great. I found his shop on the Internet and was hesitant but am incredibly glad I found a great mechanic in a new area.

When my car wouldn't start they got me in right away to fix it. Fast, friendly and great work! They explained what was wrong and what they did to fix it and their rates are reasonable. Being new to the area I was nervous just picking a garage off of Google based on distance and 3 reviews, but I lucked out and picked a great place that I'll keep going back to.
