I never have to worry about a recommendation that is made for my car- I know it is going to be accurate and made with good intention. Found out about CARS, LLC through a google search looking for a place near middletown that does transmission work. So happy I found John and his shop! He got my car in the same day (which happened to be the beginning of a holiday weekend) clearly explained my options and I didn't feel taken advantage of at all like how one might feel at a chain store. It's a great family owned and operated business and both John and his wife help you to feel at ease during what can potentially be a stressful situation. He even had a car I could borrow while he did the work. John is knowledgeable, personable, and kept me updated at all times. After a while of searching I have finally found a trustworthy place to bring my vehicle for any and all repairs. John and his crew took exceptional care of my vehicle despite it being difficult to get parts for and gave me a great price and even a ride to/from the shop to drop off and pick up my vehicle! What a great perk!
